About

Rose Gaspard,
PMHNP-BC, APRN

Board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner, licensed in Florida.

How Rose works

Most people arrive having already told their story several times: to a primary care doctor, to a front desk, to an insurance line. The first visit is not a form. It is a conversation about what has been happening, what you have tried, and what you actually want back in your life.

Rose is dual-certified in psychiatry and family practice. That second certification matters more than it sounds: sleep, thyroid, blood pressure medication, vitamin levels and chronic pain all shape mood, and they get looked at before anything is prescribed.

When medication is part of the plan, it is explained plainly: what it does, how long it takes, what side effects to watch for, and what the exit looks like. You decide together.

Who Rose sees

Teens, adults and older adults

Rose works with people from 13 through later life, including professionals carrying more than they let on, parents, students, and families navigating a loved one’s memory changes.

Care is offered in English, French and Haitian Creole, so you can describe what is wrong in the language you think in, rather than the one you translate into.
