Rose is in network with most major plans in Florida. If yours is not listed, self-pay is straightforward and priced up front.

Coverage is verified before your first appointment. Plan participation can change, so please confirm when you book.
Self-pay
$150 / session
Same rate for the initial evaluation and follow-up visits. Payment is due at the time of the visit. A superbill can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement on request.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel a visit. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be billed at the self-pay rate.
Insurance does not cover missed visits.
Good Faith Estimate
If you are uninsured or paying out of pocket, you have the right under the No Surprises Act to receive a written estimate of what your care will cost. Ask for one when you book, or any time during treatment.
